Adidas A-ZX8000 (deadHYPE), Berlin 2020

Adidas began a worldwide campaign to promote the Adidas ZX8000 sneaker model, 26 brands are selected for each alphabet of A to Z to have their own sneaker. From L for Lego, S for The Simpsons, J for Juventus etc, deadHYPE was selected for letter D. Being part of deadHYPE team from initiation to final release of the sneaker, we did collaborations with Future_Berlin (now Future_Brussels) on custominsing 100 unique pairs of the sneaker, a short film by Tabitha Swanson, 3D art from Zion König, a documentary about deadHYPE by LILINTERNET and a pre-release COVID-Friendly open-air cinema party during the pandemic in Berlin.
